When I picked up the car from the dealership there were only two lights, and they were a different, cheaper brand (HardKorr, about $250 at Supercheap Auto). Nobody told me beforehand or asked whether I’d accept a substitute. When I asked by email whether the lights had arrived, I was told in writing that they had been received and installed.
When I queried it, I was first told the third light was “complimentary” and wouldn’t fit with the winch. Later the same evening I was told the lights had been out of stock. I was also told the vehicle in the photos I’d been sent was a display vehicle without the winch box fitted, and that three lights and the winch box can’t be fitted together. That is exactly the setup I was sold. The only offers were a $133 or $20 refund. I asked for someone senior and had no contact. My written request for a refund, sent 25 September, has had no reply.
I chose this business to support a smaller operator offering a bullbar for the Tasman S/SX before the big brands did. I had in writing exactly what I paid for, and it’s not what I received. In my opinion I was misled, and I’m very disappointed with how this has been handled since.
Very happy! Will be returning if I need anything else fitted to my car and will recommending friends to this place!!

This excellence extended to their customer care as well; the staff at reception were incredibly welcoming, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

They took the time to walk me through the best options for my needs, and provided a thorough briefing on the canopy’s features upon collection. To make the day even easier, they offered a complimentary drop-off and pickup service to Epping shopping centre, allowing me to go about my day while they worked.
